ARMTEK is a platform offering a range of software products (mobile application and computer software). We refer to all these products, as well as our other services, as "Services" in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, do not access or use our Services or interact with any other aspect of our business. Where we provide the Services under contract to an organization (for example your employer), that organization controls the information processed by the Services.

Definitions Customer: any professional or capable natural person within the meaning of articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or legal entity, who visits the Site which is the subject of these general terms and conditions.

What information do we collect about you? We collect information about you when you enter it into the Services or provide it to us directly. - Account and profile information: we collect information about you when you create an account, create or modify your profile via the Services. For example, you provide your contact and, in some cases, billing information when you register for the Services. You also have the option of adding a display name and other details to your profile information for display on our Services.
- Content you provide via our products: The Services include the ARMTEK products you use, where we collect and store the content you publish, send, receive and share. This content includes all data, media and variables used in the design, creation of your organization's procedures, all procedure execution data and any additional information about you that you may choose to include: we collect feedback that you provide to us directly via the product and we collect clickstream data about how you interact with and use the features of the Services.

How do we share this information?
When you use the Services, we share certain information about you with other users of the Services. - For collaboration: you can create content, which may contain personal information about you, and authorize others to view, share, modify, copy and download this content according to the settings you or your administrator (if any) select. - Managed accounts and administrators: if you register or access the Services using an e-mail address with a domain belonging to your

employer or organization, and that organization wishes to create an account or site, certain information about you, including your name, profile photo, contact information, content and past use of your account may become accessible to that organization's administrator and to other Service users sharing the same domain. If you are the administrator of a particular site or group of users within the Services, we may share your contact information with current or past users of the Services in order to facilitate requests related to the Services.

To operate the Service. In order to fulfil the contract, we process the data required for the following purposes

7.1 Persons responsible for the collection of personal data

However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Customer's Information is brought to https://www.armtek.fr's attention, the latter must inform the Customer as soon as possible and inform him of the corrective measures taken. https://www.armtek.fr does not collect "sensitive data". The User's Personal Data may be processed by https://www.armtek.fr subsidiaries and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively in order to achieve the purposes of this policy. 8. Incident notification
